Android system recovery <3e>

Hi guys! I'm having trouble with my phone - Kruger&Matz Soul, Android 4.3. The past weeks I have noticed that the volume up button wasn't working, at first just sometimes, then it stopped working altogether, but that didn't bother me a lot. Sometimes the power button would stop working too, but it returned to normal after the screen turned dark. Sometimes the volume would go up randomly, and if I used my finger to turn the volume down it just kept going back up, until I pressed the volume down button. Today, my battery was low so it kept notifying me. When I finally picked it up and pressed okay the notification just kept popping back, then it wouldn't see my SIM cards and I had to input the PIN again, then it didn't see my memory card. I plugged it in my computer and it charged for a while, then I removed the USB cable, wanting to take the memory card out and put it back in. I thought I'd restart first though. That's when it went into the Recovery Screen. The volume up button is still not working. I have tried 'reboot system now' and 'wipe and cache partition', with no success. Do I need to reset the phone?

I know I gave a lot of details, but perhaps the answer is in there, somewhere. Also, I hope I was clear enough, English is not my first language.

EDIT: Okay, I even did a factory reset, it's still not working...

Welcome to the forums. I honestly think you have a severe hardware issue happening. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer and lettign them know?
