Tablet - Asteroid ATC64 - How to connect to 4G

Hello I have just bought 4 of these tablets (don't know why!) how do i get them to connect to 4g or 3g please help as this is driving me mad!!!

Welcome to the forums. An active SIM card would need to be in the device. Depending on your carrier, versus the bands in the device, it may be questionable if you can get any signal at all.
