Why wont my AT&t S3 update to the new CWM

I have been trying update my Samsung Galaxy S3 AT&t to the new CWM, and when i do it say there is something wrong with my root Please help me

1) Post the exact error message.

2) What version of Android are you running on the phone? If it's Android 4.3 or later, you can't install a custom recovery, because the bootloader is locked.
