Why I have no internet connection in HTC one M8?

[AC Question]

My phone is HTC one M8 (unlocked). I had no problem about internet connection in my home country, but now that I am abroad I can't connect. There is no problem with router, because I have connection with my PC.

Can somebody help me what may be the reason? should I change any settings?

Welcome to Android Central! So you're talking about wi-fi only, or are you referring to mobile data (3G/4G)? Are you saying that while abroad, you've set up a wi-fi network with a router connected to either a DSL or cable modem, but can't connect the phone to your wi-fi network?
