PC can't find new photos/videos
I dropped my Samsung S4 and smashed the screen. The screen completely blank but I am still receiveing texts calls etc as I can hear them but the phone screen remains blank.
I have insurance so can replace the phone but want to remove my photos from the phone first. I have connected it to my PC, tried all the auto play options but get the message "cannot find new photos/videos". I have then opened the phone via "my computer" but there are no photos there either. I've signed into my samsung account but remote access is not enabled on my handset so I can't access it that way. Lastly I have installed Kies on my PC but I get a message saying my device is not compatible. I cannot access any features on my phone due to the screen not working.
I don't want to pay to repair the screen if that won't save my photos.
Is all lost or is there hope?!
