Why is my internal keyboard typing gibberish?

Why is my internal keyboard typing gibberish

I have a Galaxy tab 2 7
I have tried clearing the cash and resetting the learned words.
But I still get issues when I type "weather" I get "weea" or "weeewea" or "weecoa". I don't acctually touch these letters more than once, and I never got near the "o" button.

I have noticed it most in Chrome. Does anyone know if the latest chrome version messes up the keyboard?
