Possible minor virus?

[AC Question]

I keep getting notifications in foreign language about 4 times a day. The notification icon is a bell. They have a title to them and it's in English and have said 360 security, Zero launcher, and lazy swipe. Then it will be followed with some sort of language I don't know and in the middle of all that foreign language will be the word virus in english. If I tap on the notification it disappears and nothing happens. Should I be worried? How do I paste a screenshot sorry I can't figure it out!
