Samsung Kies: how to set the standard or default phone number (e.g. mobile or home or work) in Kies?

On my mobile always the mobile phone number is flagges as "standard number" after transferring a new entry to the phone. I can correct it entry by entry manually (afterwards) on the phone. Is there a way to flag the correct number in Kies already before copying the number to the phone?

When you enter the number in Kies it should allow you to assign the number as being default. If it doesn't, then it's best to enter the number directly into the device or on your Google account and sync it with Kies afterwards.
