Android Broswer cant close tabs, open new tabs or reset to default! - Samsung s5 mini

So, in the moment I have 2 tabs open, but can't switch between them or open a new tap. I can't even close a tab. If I try to, the browser crashes and I end up on the same site.

I can use this one tab for browsing though.

I have tried reseting the browser with the options ->...-> reset to defaults
a couple of times. Still same 2 tabs. Still can't switch, close or open new.

I tried clearing cache, same result.

Apparently, as it is not an app, I cant't clear data using the application manager.

This is the pre-installed browser called "Internet" with the globe as a picture by the way.

Thanks for any help! :D

Welcome to Android Central! That's odd--the stock Internet browser is in fact an app, and you should be able to Clear Data from it in the App Manager. Is that button greyed out?

Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: http://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10404

Hi!
Sorry that it took ages :(
I just did that, restarted and everything. Still doesnt work. Same with the Studio app. I can't add decorations or anything.
Does it have something to do with it beeng a german phone?
