AC Question

I just got a new Subaru Forester and the internal Bluetooth was preset to code 1234. I could pair an iPod and an older phone with the radio but not my Galaxy S4. I had to go into the car system and change the expected pairing code to 0000 to make the S4 work. But now the other two devices don't pair any more because they're evidently expecting code 1234. Can I change the internal code in the S4 to 1234 so that I can pair all devices?

When I first pair the phone with the car, it DOES ask for the pairing code to be input on the phone. The radio asks for code "1234" and the phone allows me to input it. But the pairing cannot complete for some reason. The only way I found to make it work was to change the code in the radio to "0000" as the phone was expecting. I need to find a way to change the code in the PHONE to "1234" so it matches other devices I have paired. I can easily change the expected code in the radio.

That's strange--it really shouldn't do that. Can you unpair the iPod and the other phone, then pair them again with the 0000 code?
