Does the new Android allow mail users to delete their trash mail in a single operation?

I run A4.4.4 on my MotoX. I cannot delete all my mail Trash files unless I slide each one off the screen like I do with my Inbox mail. Do you know if the new A5 will allow me to mass-delete trash from the mail program?
