I have a Samsung Note 3, How and where do I go to download Kies 3.0

I saw that in order to enable the USB 3.0 driver on my phone, I need to use Kies 3.0 to download the newest firmware with a USB 2.0 cable. After that the issue should be resolved is that correct? The first time I used USB 3.0, It worked fine 5 or so months ago after I followed the message that told me to switch my settings to Airplane mode. Now nothing ... I would seem to think that the drivers for my USB 3.0 Adapter card is not being recognized by Windows 8.1.. ( Which I upgraded to after initially using the 3.0 file transfer.. ) I would appreciate your opinion as would not rather update my note 3's firmware..

1) Windows 8.1 - Install unsigned drivers.

2) SAMSUNG_USB_Driver_for_Mobile_Phones.

3) I never did 1, I just installed the driver in 2 (in 8.1) and it works.

If you want to use Kies to do backups, Kies - Windows and MacOS.

I can't help you with any drivder you may need for your USB adapter card - those come from the card manufacturer.

(I'm running the stock Note 3 cable, which is USB 3.0, I'm using the USB 3.0 port in my computer and I'm running pretty stock 4.4.2 firmware (but it worked fine with 4.4.4 too - I play with ROMS.)
