Why doesn't my Samsung L300 Galaxy 4G-Vista reconize the camera app?

Samsung L300 Galaxy 4G-Vista does not reconize the camera app

Hello, Until the last two/three months I was able to take pictures and, also, download pictures and import them to my Windows Photo Gallery. Now, It will start to import but on the first file I receive a message that reads: 8000405. I cancel the import and look at what was imported and it is a blank file. Any thoughts or ideas will be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! The Windows Import Photos function never works that well in my experience. I find it more reliable to use Windows Explorer to select photos manually and drag and drop to the computer hard drive.
