What is "Motorola Apps" and why is it using so much data?

Galaxy Note 4. Onavo Count reports Motorola Apps using huge amount of mobile data. My battery usage seems awfully high when I'm not on Wi-Fi, too. I don't have any Motorola apps installed that I'm aware of. How do I get rid of this problem?
