How do I stop my background apps from disabling during sleep mode?

background apps are disabled during sleep.

Hello there.
When my device (tablet) is asleep, background apps are disabled. So, I can't be informed from notifications. Sometimes recently, alarm clock is also disabled!
» sync option during sleep is enable.
» as power button is pressed, display is on and notifications is received.
» SIM card is not supported by my tablet.

Can anyone help me please?

You need to enable WiFi always during sleep!

I'm the questioner.
Thanks for your guide, but I also tested it. I unchecked "wi-fi optimization", but it didn't work
I think it's just my problem in the world! coz I searched a lot about it and didn't find any thing.
I changed my default launcher and the problem was solved for a period, but it returned again!
