How can I get access back to my custom ringtones?

I tried to set a different ringtone for a particular contact, but screwed up…

It said something like "use internal media storage - This time/Always". I hit Always and now I don't have access to my custom ringtones. How do I reset this? How do I get access back? I don't get the option to choose any more.

Go to settings=>app manager=>all apps=>media storage ,and "clear defaults" ! that's it!
