Why am I getting text messages from #data and draft?

Text from #data and draft

I have three text messages from #data
And all of them start with draft

It doesn't show that the messages ever sent, which is probably why they show up as drafts. The thing is I don't think I typed these texts, because one was asking me a question.
I recently deleted a ton of numbers, so it could have something to do with that?

For that one I have no clue, sounds like the #data is your data usage txt msg.
