Why doesn't the click-through from an email to a website work using 4G communication?

AC Question

When I receive an email that contains a link to a website, when I click it and being connected via WiFi - the website opens on the specific page. It loads fine.

When I click on the same link in the same email when on 4G connection, the website doesn't open and I get the message:

Error: Requested content '.... (URL) ...' cannot be resolved:;

And does manually going to that site address in the same web browser on 4G work? (Address resolution is done by the DNS server, not the phone, and that's your carrier's server, or someone they buy DNS service from.)
