Hey all, this is my first time posting!
I poked around and couldn't find anything, but my Nexus 6 is experiencing a strange scrolling rebound issue. When I'm viewing tweets or on my Instagram feed and want to flick to scroll to the top, the timeline moves really fast and I see the scroll bar make its way to the top. But sometimes (most times) the scroll bar hits the top of the timeline and the inertia just makes it rebound and scroll DOWN.
Not sure how to make this clearer. I took a video that I'll post in a bit, but before I get around to that I thought if any of you knew what's happening.
Thanks!
