Does the sprint store sell batteries for an HTC one

The phone has to go to a repair shop. In order to replace the battery you have to open the phone, and I don't suggest that you do that yourself.

First, though, I suggest that you put the battery on the charger for 24 hours, and see if it's really low or if that's just malware telling you to replace it.
