    I have the Verizon note edge and for the last couple of weeks my phone shows there is a update available but every time I try it tries to do it then it fails. Anyone else having this issue

    Welcome to Android Central! Sometimes it's due to server issues, especially if it's overloaded. But a couple of weeks is pretty excessive. Try wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data: Wipe Cache Partition Samsung Galaxy Note Edge | Verizon Wireless
