I've had to perform a reset on my Samsung Galaxy S5 and noticed a curious thing. Android Music seems to be completely messed up and I'm afraid it might have something to do with a sync.
Here's what I see:
444 playlists, 1 that's "real" and 443 that were auto-generated from various playlists (I tried to delete the playlists but that did nothing)
Search feature not working: I search for a song I know I have, but the search doesn't pick it up. However if I go to my tracks section and scroll to whether the song is in alphabetical order, there it is.
Renamed files being duplicated under old and new names: Due to a bad rip on some of my older CDs, I had a group of tracks that were just listed track 1, track 2, etc. I renamed them but now they show up twice, once under the old title and once under the new title.
I'd reset the phone, but I really hate waiting forever to download all my apps again. Is there a sync issue I can reset or could the app be fixed somehow?
