HELP! Why am i not receiving notifications while on wifi?

[AC Question]

I am not receiving any data-based notifications while on wifi. I still receive calls and text message notifications. As soon as I turn off Wi-Fi I am flooded with notifications.

Additionally, I am on the LG G3 and just recently updated to Lollipop.

If lollipop is the reason for this...is there any fix?? Help would be greatly appreciated.
