call logs are not getting updated..

[AC Question]

My call logs are not getting listed in the call logs.. Whenever m getting a miss cz it will show as notification but when I click it, it won't get listed in my logs.. It sucks.. I read dat it is issue with android 4.1.2..p plz tell me wat to do.. I sun want to reset my phone.. Do I have to talk to company for this issue..
