Does disabling KNOX in settings prevent the KNOX flag from tripping when rooted?

I currently own a Galaxy S6 and I am a freelance app developer.
I heard about the KNOX flag and now i am weary of rooting my device.
If I disable KNoX Active Protection in the settings menu, does this completely disable KNOX including the warranty flag?

Welcome to the forums. I do not think so. Knox will still get tripped if you disable that.
