How can I re-add albums/songs to my music library? Samsung S5 Lollipop

Hi guys,

I have some mp3s downloaded saved to the internal storage of my Samsung S5.

They've been there for weeks, but suddenly they've stop appearing in the library of both the Samsung Music app and the Google Play app.

I can still find all the missing songs by navigating to the Download folder. They're still sat there, and I can still play them individually. Any idea how I can add these back into my music library?

I've cleared the cache and restarted the phone a few times with no luck.

Any ideas?

I've tried taking the music off and putting it back it but it's still not recognising the songs.

I've added a new album and that is working fine, but I still can't see the old ones.

Any other suggestions?
