How come my androidNote2 sometimes doesn't turn on unless I take the battery out and put it back in?

Phone wouldn't turn on, tried everything, but it worked when I took the battery out and put in back in. Why?

That is a verry good question.
A "Battery Pull" can solve many problems.
It has been plaguing mankind for centuries.
How often have you had to do that?
