Why is it asking for a password just to get into Settings ever since Lollipop update?

After the update, now when I simply just go to Settings, it asks me for voicemail password just to get into settings.

What happens when you enter the password? Does it move on? It sounds like something may have bugged when updating. I would suggest saving your personal information and performing a factory reset.
