How do I get the apps on my Alcatel one touch Sonic to transfer to my SD card.

I deleted some pics and txt msgs and still only have 215mb on the phone. If it gets below 200mb, I can't send or receive pic/txt. However, I have 29.17gb on my card.I have deleted some of the pre-loaded apps, but still won't let me have the option to transfer to the SD Card.

The version of Android you are on might not let you move apps to the SD card or the manufacturer disabled the option.
