My HTC One is stuck in a non-stop boot loop. Even if I (reset) hold down the power button and volume down at once. The reset screen and choices pop up, it only has a few seconds to either scroll up or down and then it boots over again and again....etc. It doesn't seen to make a difference if i take out the old sprint sim card that was in the side of it, or leave it in. Nothing works. Any ideas? Please help me. Thank you!

Welcome to Android Central! Can you try booting to Recovery and wiping the cache partition as described here? https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-6526
