Phone says I have no sim card why. I have taken it into sprint and called them. They don't know why. It doesn't work everywhere I go. This is the phone they sent me when my other galaxy s4 charger melted into the charging port on my phone.

You may want to see if getting a new Sim Card might fix it. It could be that it is faulty.

If they sent you a replacement, tell them to replace the replacement. One "the replacement doesn't work" is all the work both you and Sprint should have put into it. The replacement is guaranteed.
