Galaxy s5 internet problem

So I have a galaxy s5 on a tmobile family plan. Everyone else's internet connections works as mine does not. My 4G LTE logo shows up in the status bar, but I noticed that there used to be two arrows under it and now there isn't. I've tried pretty much everything I could find. The second tmobile APN. A bunch of different network settings and nothing has worked. Please help. Thanks in advanced.
