Snapchat isn't working on home wifi

[AC Question]

For the past three days, my wifi will not work on my home wifi, only on 4g data. I am low on my data this month, so using it on data is not an option. It won't load new snaps, send snaps, or load anybody's stories. It says it cannot connect and to try again later. I have gotten it to work for short amounts of time by turning off and on notifications, putting something into Terminal on my mac to clear the DNS cache, and forgetting my wifi network and re-connecting to it. All of these help for around 5 minutes before going back to not connecting. I have read tons of forums on this and none of them seem to have totally helped. Anybody have any other way to fix this?!
