Why the Android Lollipop or any latest version doesn't support Punjabi Language ?

HI,

i have Moto g2 phone which does not support Punjabi Language. For this i searched a lot but didn't find any proper solution. Punjabi language is important language all over the word.

I think there should also be Punjabi language in androids language list. I request the Android team please fix this for next android updates.
