Disable lock screen programs? - Note 4

[AC Question]

When I lock my screen and put my phone in my pocket, I often have these annoying things happen:

1) My audiobooks/music jumps around, when listening to tracks.

2) My camera becomes active and drains my battery. I only realize it when my pocket gets really hot.

Is there a way to disable all program from the locks screen?

I've looked but just can't find the settings.
