So does anyone know how to remove the Preferred Activity Setter from the android phone?

McAfee shows this App as a medium threat risk on my LG G4 mobile phone. Have tried to remove however I get the message that the uninstall is not successful.

Did you ever have any luck removing this or did it do anything to your phone? It just popped up on mine tonight
