My LG G3 Screen is locked and broken and im not sure how to get my contacts

A

AC Question

Last week, I dropped my phone, on the ground and it shattered in the left corner severely to the point where the phone won't let me use it. it says it's in damaged control or something like that. Only gives me the option to answer phone calls, turn off alarms, and make an emergency call via the volume/power buttons on the back.
I contacted my insurance through AT&T and received my new phone.
Now I've come into contact with two separate problems
1) How do I get my contacts/pictures off a phone that is locked with an unresponsive screen
2) How am I going to factory reset my phone before I can ship it back AT&T per the insurance claim

Thank you for reading this!

( I posted the same forum earlier but then I realized I forgot to post my phone... its the LG G3 )

Not sure if this will help, but it could in the future. There's this app called PushBullet that connects your phone to your computer. All of your contacts with their numbers would be there. If you have it, then you could use that. If not, I highly recommend it in the future.
