Why is my speaker not working well on my note 3?

Hello everyone! I have a samsung galaxy note 3 SM-N900 last night I went and put it in the charger, I came back after a few minutes and the speaker wasn't working well, when I click the menu and back button I no longer hear the sound very well, also when I boot up my phone or unlock the screen, sometimes when I get a message it also not good, but playing music of watching a video or anything else is okay on it. I did restart it many times and even took everything out but still nothing changed. What should I do please help me guys

Welcome to Android Central! Is the sound muffled, or distorted, or cutting in and out? Is it the same on wired or Bluetooth headphones?

Try the volume control for System sounds. If that's turned down, the sounds you're not hearing well will be low, but everything else will be fine.
