How to fix Galaxy tab s issue?

Recently I noticed my galaxy tab s has an issue. The left capacitive button, the pages button is not responding. When I press the back button, both light up, but when I press the pages button, to close old pages, nothing happens. It doesn't take me to the task manager to clear the old pages.
