Can I delete pdf files in app settings?

We have Adobe 11.5 on our tablet powered by Android. In the ‘app settings’ it shows Data 2.49 mb and Cache 8.24 mb with options to clear these. Can you please tell me whether this would be a way of removing all our unwanted pdf documents in one go? Most of them don’t show up in the Downloads list so we can’t delete them.

Clearing the cache won't delete any personal information. Clearing data will take the app back as it was right after you download it. If you just want to delete some specific files try the options inside the app by long pressing on any local file. Also you can use a file explorer from the Play Store.
