On S3 in facebook, when in messages cannot view all on Options button

For some reason now when I am on my S3 in facebook and I am chatting to somebody in the messages, there is an icon top right, of 3 dots underneath each other, this will normally show full conversation, add files, mute conversation, report as spam etc. I can only now see report as spam. Why is it not showing the full list of items? Thanks.

Are you using the Messenger app? Try uninstalling it and reinstalling it to see if that brings those options back.
