My nephew dropped my HTC one mini 2, it landed screen up. The phone appeared to switch itself off, so I pressed the power button and the phone made the start up sound. However the screen has remained completely blank (no navigation buttons or anything). The phone appears on but in sim lock, as I can't receive any calls etc. The volume buttons appear to work as when I press up and then down it vibrates indicating vibration mode. The phone charges, but that's about it. I have removed the back to see if there are any loose connections, but everything appears in order.
I'm just checking there is no solution before I send it away to be repaired.
