I can not unlock my phone using the knock code or turn my phone off

I have the LG G2 mini and tried to install the new update after the prompt that told me the battery was too low to install I put my phone in my bag. It has been a few hours since and now my touch screen is not working properly and I can not get my phone to unlock! I tried charging it and this made no difference.

I would contact your carrier.

If your phone is relatively new - it should still have a warranty. I would take it in and get it fixed or have them replace the phone. All knock code compatible phones I have had, work!!

Is it still enabled in settings, if not try to reboot and check again. Also, did you do a LG backup, if so try to restore to a previous time when you knew it was functioning.
