Why isn't my Sim Card detecting my Samsung S4?

Sim Card not detected Samsung S4

why I bought a Woxter at 169 e and found it better than Samsung S4 I paid 429 euros for and let me down so many times with a broken screen and later on after one year with the "sim card not detected" and 3 weeks waiting time with Samsung Service, ( we all need a mobile for every 3 weeks its well known)

while samsung service is taking 3 weeks to maybe fix your phone what do you guys do?

do you go on hollydays?
do you tell your clients to buy at other places and wait for you when you will be back with a recognized samsung sim card?

Can you tell me what is behind this marketing?

Welcome to AC.

I suppose, if you rely on your phone for business, you keep a spare if you can afford to do so, and put the SIM in that while the faulty one is being repaired. Or something similar.
I doubt that lengthy repair times are unique to Samsung.
