mobile data and wifi issue

I am using Samsung note 2.. My phone wifi and Mobile data Always automatically switch ON...
Whenever I will OFF ,
Automatically ON back in
30 seconds.
Please advise how to OFF Mobile data if not required. .

Welcome to the forums. That seems strange that it is automatically turning back on. It may be a glitch in the ROM. If you put the device into Airplane mode and then activate WiFi, does it stay that way?
