Nexus 6 says , camera cannot connect to device , report or cancel. And my camera is not opening. What should I do?

Nexus 6 says , camera cannot connect to device , report or cancel. And my camera is not opening

i have nexus 6 since January 2015, many times with many apps it says , " cannot connect with device " , and below there are options , Report or Cancel .
All the times after reporting it use to start , I use to switch off and on my device and it was working , but, lastly when I'm did so , it's not working either ways , so finally , my camera stopped working .
Can anyone give me the solution or did anyone else face such a problem ?

Welcome to Android Central! Certain apps can interfere with the Camera function--notably apps that control the LED flash (like a flashlight app) or the microphone. If you have any apps like that, try uninstalling them and see if the Camera works better.
