DOES ANYONE KNOW how to make Google fix the bug in their Google Play Music APP?

Since early August/the most recent update to the Google Play Music APP paying customers of Google Play Music cannot play the music they have purchased from Google. This is a worldwide problem as per many posts on the Forum. Google ignoring all Feedback reports. This problem is across many varied devices and o/s versions. I am on KitKat. PLEASE HELP !!
