note 3 is not turning off

Note 3 is not turning off. When I press the lock screen button it get locked and but screen on instantly so please help me out

Yes in both conditions it won't turn off

OK.. I'm those conditions it isn't what I thought possible. In developer options you can tell the screen to stay on while charging.

There is a test you can do by pulling up the dialing pad and dialing *#0*# and it will being up a test mode. There should be a square called "black" tap the and see if the screen goes off. Then you can just use the back button to get out or that test.
