Hello all, I'm just after purchasing a second hand Samsung S4 mini, unfortunately when I got home and went into setting up the internet connection, I discovered that the WiFi button doesn't work, I go into click on it and slide it to enable the WiFi but it just bounces right back and doesn't let me enable it, no networks are being shown. I tried resetting the phone back to factory settings, and it still happens I wonder if anyone experienced a similar and would be able to help me.
