Avoid consecutive notifications

Hi there. I really want a solution for this. When someone writes me a message throw whatsapp for example, and then writes another one 2 seconds later.. that shouldn't generate a notification in my opinion.

How could I mute consecutive notifications after one was already made a few seconds ago?

I don't know why so many people writes one thing in multiple messages and notifications.
